Our workshops give participants the opportunity to explore current issues, exchange experiences and work hands-on with specific challenges from their own organisations. Welcome to an interactive workshop focused on what truly makes a difference in procurement: the collaboration and incentives that drive impact.<\/span><\/div>
Are you tired of theoretical models that are difficult to apply in everyday work? In this session, we move straight into practice. We will explore how you can use the \u201cSmart Business\u201d concept to create procurements in which both the contracting authority and supplier work towards shared goals. It is about moving from transactions to impact for all parties. <\/div>
Focus: Collaboration towards shared goals!
We will begin with an introduction to the Smart Business concept and how to build in the right incentives to make procurement successful for all parties. The remainder of the session will be a practical workshop where, based on real procurement needs, you will have the opportunity to test and apply the concepts directly. <\/div>
