A practical workshop where Micke Kring and Carl Heath from RISE guide participants through concrete AI applications relevant to the daily work of public sector professionals—ranging from text, images, and audio to data and agents. Participants work with tools already available to them and gain practical methods they can apply the very next day, alongside a realistic understanding of how security, confidentiality, and professional judgment set the boundaries for AI’s capabilities.
During our Game of Threats session, you will take part in an interactive cybersecurity game in which participants face realistic cyber threats and must make rapid, critical decisions. The game simulates the effects of cyber-related incidents and demonstrates, in real time, the consequences that different strategies and choices can have.
Together with our cybersecurity specialists, you will receive guidance and feedback, as well as the opportunity to discuss how the public sector can strengthen its resilience against cyberattacks. The session offers a practical and engaging insight into how leaders, employees and organisations can practise managing cyber crises with limited information and resources.

In this workshop—aimed at those working in municipalities, regions, or government agencies—we will discuss the prerequisites, obstacles, and opportunities involved, as well as the role the AI workshop can play moving forward. Please bring a specific task, a problem, a success story, or a question from your organization. Together, we will explore future needs and the potential contributions of the AI workshop.
