Registration for the conference
You can choose to attend for one or two days. The conference fee includes admission to both the conference and the trade fair.
If you have a discount code, for example from your trade union, please enter it in the final step of the registration process under ‘Summary’. The discount will be deducted from the standard price and applies regardless of whether you choose to attend for one or two days.
Admission to the fair
As a visitor to the fair, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in our extensive programme, including talks on our open-access stages, training sessions and workshops. You’ll also have the chance to interact with the various companies and organisations exhibiting at the fair. Entry to the fair is free but requires a booked ticket.
Collect your ticket
Your tickets will be available for collection when you check in on the day. Tickets will not be sent out in advance.
A few days before the Public Sector Solutions event begins, you will receive a text message containing a unique barcode. When you arrive at Kistamässan, simply scan the barcode to collect your personalised name badge, which serves as your entry pass to the conference/exhibition.

Cancellations and changes
Conference ticket
Registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person for a fee of 750 SEK (excl. VAT). Please contact Live Expo in writing via samhalle@liveexpo.se
Cancellation cover – conference ticket
With cancellation cover, you are protected and will receive a full refund of the conference fee if you are unable to attend Lösningar för Offentlig Sektor due to unexpected illness.
How our cancellation cover works:
-Cancellation cover can only be booked online when you register as a conference participant for Solutions for the Public Sector and cannot be added at a later date.
-You must cancel your attendance by emailing samhalle@liveexpo.se no later than 2 hours before Lösningar för Offentlig Sektor opens on the day your attendance at the venue was due to begin.
-Cancellation cover is personal; for group bookings, each individual must take out cancellation cover for it to be valid.
-To apply for a refund of the conference fee, you must be able to provide the original medical certificate. The refund applies only to the conference fee; it does not cover travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may have incurred in connection with your participation in Lösningar för Offentlig Sektor.
-The cost of the cancellation cover is non-refundable. The cancellation cover does not cover cancellations made due to medical examinations, operations, treatment and/or hospitalisation that were planned before you booked your place at Lösningar för Offentlig Sektor.
